As in house counsel for 15 years, and
in private practice for over four years I am have handled
various employment and work place issues. I am
experienced in handling both Federal and State law
claims. Additionally, I have successfully negotiated
employment contracts and exit packages with both union and
non union employers.

of Attorney, and Durable Power of Attorney as needed.
For more advanced estate issues, such as the creation of
trusts, I work with several attorneys who specialize in
preparing these documents.
My primary goal is
