PLANNING
I provide a full range of estate planing tools and services.
-Preparing a Last Will, Living Will, Health Care Power of
Attorney, and Durable Power of Attorney as needed.
For more advanced estate issues, such as the creation of trusts, I
work with several attorneys who specialize in preparing these
documents.
DUI / OVI REPRESENTATION
If you have
been arrested for OVI (Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence
of Alcohol or Drugs), sometimes known as DUI, or lost your Ohio
Driver's License due to an Administrative License Suspension you
may have several options available to you. Section 4511.19 of
the Ohio Revised Code, Ohio's OVI law is highly
technical, and it is imperative that you receive legal counsel if
charged with a violation of this statue.
My primary goal is to develop a long
