Durable General Power of Attorney

A document which gives a competent adult the legal authority to handle any or all of your affairs should you become incapacitated.  This document assures that your affairs can be handled if you are incapacitated for any reason, i.e. health reasons, out of the country or any other unforeseen circumstances.

My primary goal is to develop a long term relationship with my clients so that I can help resolve any legal situations that may arise.
